Two new street art murals are coming to downtown this October as part of the DowntownDC Business Improvement District’s (BID) Pedestrianization Study implementation. The installations serve a dual purpose of beautifying the two designated areas (7th and F Streets and Chinatown Park at 6th & I) while increasing pedestrian safety. This project was enhanced by a Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Asphalt Art Initiative grant to the DowntownDC Foundation.
